Ralph Paglia currently serves as Vice President of Digital at Tier10 Marketing, which has offices in Washington, DC and Miami, FL. Since January 2011 Ralph has focused on building out Tier10’s digital marketing, advertising, social media and related capabilities.
He has designed and blueprinted Tier10’s processes which deliver digital marketing and advertising services to car dealers and dealer groups which are Tier10 Marketing clients, as well as similar services offered by Automotive Resource Partners affiliates. Team building has been an important part of Tier10’s digital capabilities build-out, and Ralph has been the key driver for hiring, training and empowering the Tier10 digital teams.
From March 2007 until December 2010, Ralph Paglia served as Director of Digital Marketing Solutions at ADP Dealer Services of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, which is one the largest dealer solution providers in the world. Ralph spearheaded ADP’s development of managed solutions, including the implementation of multichannel integrated marketing strategies using a blend of digital advertising and targeting technologies, social media and reputation management for car dealers.
