As a proven leader, she currently educates and trains auto dealers to find prime ROI opportunities and expand market penetration. In her role as Director of Equity Solutions for Dominion Dealer Solutions, Lyndsey also speaks at numerous OEM grassroots meetings, educating OEMs on the importance of customer retention.
Large dealer groups also rely on her expertise and industry knowledge to advise them on best practices. Her partnerships with OEMs and large dealer groups focus not on the customer’s next sale, but continued vehicle sales for the rest of that customer’s life.
