As Vice President of Moore & Scarry Advertising, Jon is responsible for managing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring that dealers fully leverage all of the tools and services the agency has to offer. Jon began his career in the automotive industry in sales and in 2002 he became dealer principal of an independent dealership. As an early adapter of online marketing methods, he used AutoTrader, Cars.com and eBay to sell vehicles nationwide.
Most recently, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for the March Hodge Automotive Group where he managed the marketing efforts for one of the nation’s largest minority owned dealer groups. Prior to that, Jon served as a Digital Marketing Consultant for The Cobalt Group, where he advised strategy to Southeast area OEM personnel and dealer group executives. In addition, he was an Internet Director for AutoNation, where he implemented standardized structure, strategy and processes across the regional retail platform. Jon currently serves on the Board of Advisors for SceneChat, a silicon valley based start up.
