Jared Rowe serves as president for Kelley Blue Book. In this position, he oversees all business segments of Kelley Blue Book and the company’s top-rated consumer website, www.kbb.com.
As president, Rowe’s primary focus is maintaining and growing Kelley Blue Book’s more than 85-year leadership position in the automotive valuation and research marketplace. Rowe maintains a strict commitment to upholding the company’s longstanding history of trust, ensuring Kelley Blue Book provides the most comprehensive, quality information to consumers and industry partners.
Prior to becoming president of Kelley Blue Book in February 2012, Rowe was vice president of product management for Kelley Blue Book’s parent company, AutoTrader.com. In this role, Rowe led AutoTrader.com’s Product Management department in the development and implementation of the company’s product strategies.
Before joining AutoTrader.com in 2010, Rowe spent nearly 10 years at FordDirect, where he also was a member of the FordDirect founding executive management team.
At FordDirect, Rowe assumed varying positions of leadership, including the executive vice president responsible for product strategy, dealer product distribution, channel pricing and information technology. Prior to FordDirect, Rowe previously held positions at Autobytel in product development, and Central Atlantic Toyota Distributors as a service and parts manager.
Rowe holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and automotive marketing from Northwood University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
