Cherie Watters
Cherie Watters is currently the General Manager of South Bay Hyundai in Torrance and Puente Hills Hyundai, as well as Mazda of Puente Hills in he City of Industry. All 3 dealerships are located in the Los Angeles area of Southern California.
She has been a part of the automotive business since 1983. Event from the very beginning she knew being a car dealer was her aspiration. Her love and passion for the business has given her the courage and tenacity to take on and master every aspect of the mechanics of running a dealership and finding creative ways to ensure its success.
Cherie started off in the accounting department as a Controller for a number of years with the purpose of learning fully about each department. She then decided it was time to go back to school and earned a Degree in Finance. Cherie made it her mission to work day to day in every department of the seaerhips to better understand the inner workings of each position. That knowledge has proved to be invaluable when confronted with the challenges that employees face throughout their day and they bring to her for resolution. Her mission was to streamline their systems and processes so that the functions they performed would result in saving time and providing excellent customer service. The more she could simplify the tasks, the easier it would be for the employee to better serve their customers.
Cherie is a big believe in honesty and integrity which is the foundation of her ultimate goal: the highest customer satisfaction where the customer ultimately feels good about their purchase experience, the staff that serve them and the environment where the purchase is made.
