Brad Smith leads a team focused on helping OEMs and retailers retain their respective customers through diagnostic, predictive and advisory services. In this role, he often integrates disparate data sources to identify the root cause of complex owner loyalty-related issues. Brad is best known for his ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify areas of opportunity or risk.

Brad is a veteran of the United States Air Force, holds a BS in Organization Administration from Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing an MS in Organization Leadership.
