2. Meals - We have arranged for meals on certain days, please check Conference Agenda.  Each evening we will have cocktails and hors d’ouvres in the sponsor suites located in the hotel.  Attendees are free to enjoy dinner in Las Vegas after the sponsor receptions. 
3. Flight Recommendations – Please schedule your flights to arrive in Las Vegas on Tuesday, January 31st in the evening. Workshop attendees need to be checked in and ready by 9:00 for the kickoff on Wednesday morning.
