Automotive Advertising Compliance Panel Added to DMSC

In recent months, many state regulators have been actively voicing concerns regarding third party automotive advertising and marketing companies that may be violating State and Federal laws and placing dealers at risk. In addition, regulators have been concerned about the privacy of customer data that may be shared with marketing companies.  In addition, dealers have been concerned about the privacy of customer data that may be shared with advertising partners.

In an attempt to give dealers clarity on these recent developments, First Class Educators today announced a very important addition to the 2012 Digital Marketing Strategies Conference (DMSC) agenda in Las Vegas.   Brian Pasch, CEO of PCG Digital Marketing will moderate a panel discussion with special guests Tim Jackson, President/CEO of the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) and Bill Walters, partner at Heizer Paul Grueskin LLP in Denver, Colorado.  The subject of the panel discussion is Dealer Compliance Issues and Internet Marketing.
