What's New
One of the most critical and featured topics at this year’s 2012 Digital Marketing Strategies Conference (DMSC) will be automotive video marketing. Video marketing has become so vital to a dealer’s success in selling more cars online that the DMSC is taking a completely new approach to give dealers the hands on experience they need to master this craft.
Amateur videographers and even those who have never taken a video before will walk away from the 2012 DMSC Video Marketing workshops with the know-how and skills to create powerful and professional walk around videos and customer testimonial videos.
First Class Educators, the company behind the DMSC, stops at nothing to bring the most advanced and powerful educational strategies to their workshops and conferences. The DMSC is no exception and may even raise the bar for all of their future events to a whole new level.
There will be five Video Strategies Workshops at this year’s 2012 DMSC, more than any previous year, suggesting its paramount importance for a successful digital marketing strategy. In all of the video workshops, attendees will have the benefit of practicing their skills on a 2012 Chevy Cruze that the DMSC will be showcasing on stage at all of the workshops.
Patrick Perotto, a professional videographer hired by First Class Educators, will be participating in each lab along with the lab’s presenter, walking attendees through the ins and outs of taking superior videos.
For the first year ever, the DMSC announced a Video Walk Around Contest where dealer employees could enter the contest online by creating a video walk around of themselves highlighting a new or used car. Entries were taken from November through January 15th. Select videos will be displayed at the video marketing workshops and one will be chosen to win a grand prize of $2,000. The winner will be announced on February 1st at the 2012 Digital Marketing Strategies Conference.
