PCG Consulting has announced that Marc McGurren, a noted automotive digital marketing expert and partner at PCG Consulting, will lead a panel discussion at the 2012 Digital Marketing Strategies Conference (DMSC). Marc and his panel of experts will discuss and answer questions about best practices that will enable dealers to improve the profitability of their Internet and BDC departments.
With Internet and BDC being two of the most important departments for dealer operations, many admit to needing assistance in creating effective processes, reporting and measurements standards. Marc and the panel of automotive industry experts will walk dealers through specific ways of reporting and measuring the success of their Internet and BDC departments. Dealer attendees will also be given time to ask Marc and the panel their questions on this subject and are encouraged to come prepared with thoughts.

Marc is the former Internet Director for the Jerry Durant Auto Group located in Weatherford, TX.
Most recently, Marc was featured on the cover WardsAuto Dealer Business Magazine for his strategies on being one of the top General Motors Internet dealerships in the country. He is also a former contributor and community editor for Drivingsales.com and is a speaker at multiple automotive conferences.
Marc has held positions in the automotive industry that range from salesperson, sales manager, finance manager, general manager, assistant service and parts director, as well has his most recent position as Internet director.
His vast knowledge of proven digital marketing strategies helped the Jerry Durant Auto Group to have the best year in 42 years and sell over 10,500 cars in 2011.
